Time to look for a Baton Summer Camp
Are you or your friends thinking about sharpening your baton skills at a camp this summer? Camps are a great way to learn some new moves, learn some new routines and make new friends. If you are looking into Baton Camps here are some tips when shopping around.
Obviously, price and location are most important, so make sure you shop around and compare the camps. One camp may cost more but it could be an overnight camp that includes all of its meals. So make sure you are comparing apples to apples.
Another tip is to check out the list of instructors. Are they college instructors or professional instructors. Usually most camps will include a famous name to their camp to increase awareness. Check to see if that person will be teaching or just making an appearance.
Check to make sure your camp offers a variety of routines and moves. It will help to broaden your baton twirling skills.
Last but not least, check to see the student to teacher ratio. It helps to learn more if you have more one on one time with a teacher instead of having 500 people in your camp.
Remember to have fun and learn alot at camp. Those are memories that will last a lifetime. If you need any supplies or want to replace any older items, such as batons, nylon flags or footwear, please visit our website. We have many products to help your baton camp so much more fun!!!
