What to pack for Baton Summer Camp
Since we last talked about what to look for in a baton camp, I will now go over some essentials that you will need to pack. I know some are obvious but we will talk about them all. So to breakdown the list:
1. Baton Shoes- If you plan on getting a new pair for baton camp, make sure you do one of two things. A. Make sure you break in your new shoes before heading off to camp or B. take an old pair with you in case your new pair is a little tight.
2. Baton (or Batons)
3. Baton Case- If you don’t have one, there are so many styles and colors to choose from.
4. Tape
5. Powder
6. “I love to Twirl” towel (it will be hot outside)
7. “I love batons” squeeze bottle (for those water breaks, very important)
8. Last but not least, clothes. Capris or shorts are always easy to move and practice in. As well as tanks or tee shirts. Don’t forget a clean pair of socks for each day.
